The Cessna 172 - Great for photographers.

Below are pictures of the PH-KAB, the Cessna 172 Skyhawk in which my brother and I did a lot of flying all accross Europe. At the time the pic was taken (1973) we were, at 17, the youngest to hold an International Pilots License in Europe and the youngest identical twins in the world with a Class A license. The names and dates are the ownership history.

  • 12.11.1974 - H.R. Yntema, Veenendaal.
  • 02.06.1976 - Luchtvaartmaatschappij Yntema BV, Veenendaal.
  • 18.04.1979 - Air Service Holland BV, Twello.
  • 04.05.1979 - Registration cancelled. Sold to England as G-BGRO

The first plane in the family was a Cessna 172, the PH-JBA and this is the history of ownership:

  • 28.11.1974 - Air Service Holland BV, Twello.
  • 19.02.1976 - Registration cancelled. Sold to Germany as D-EHMS, LN-NFL
